GROSS |
A Troy police officer was charged
with tipping off suspects about a drug investigation, according to Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, which allowed the suspects to remove narcotics.
Officer Brian Gross, a 10-year veteran, is charged
with one felony of tampering with physical evidence as well as two counts
of official misconduct and one count of obstructing governmental administration.
“Revealing confidential
information threatens the safety of law-enforcement agents and jeopardizes
criminal investigations,” Schneiderman said in a statement. “It’s particularly
troubling to see an officer accused of abusing his position while violating the
very laws that he’s sworn to protect.”

According to Schneiderman’s office,
in 2013, the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team had been
investigating a drug ring in Rensselaer County. Gross was assigned to assist
and had access to suspect information and information regarding the timing and
location of search warrants.
In February, investigators executed
search warrants at five locations where drug activity was observed - they found
nothing and nobody was arrested.
One of the residences searched was
that of a suspect identified as “Person #2.” This person subsequently informed
investigators that he’d been told by “Person #1” of CNET’s investigation into
“Person #2” for drug trafficking and that a search warrant would be executed in
the next few days.
According to the complaint,
“Person #1” admitted receiving this information directly from Gross,
who arranged in-person meetings via text message.
Further investigation revealed
that Gross allegedly warned that “Person #2” had better “watch [his]
back” because he had come to the attention of the State Police.

In interviews with investigators, “Person
#1” acknowledged warning “Person #2” to remove any drugs from his residence,
based on the information from Officer Gross.
"The actions of this officer
not only interfered with highly sensitive intelligence gathering on drug
activity, it put the lives of our law enforcement officers in jeopardy,"
State Police Superintendant Joseph D’Amico said in a statement. "The
success of these types of narcotics investigations could not be achieved
without the hard work and dedication of our members working closely with our
partners in law enforcement. It is unfortunate that this officer chose to
breach that trust, abuse his authority and undermine a criminal
investigation."
Gross, according to Talk 1300, is represented by attorney Steve Coffey, who told Channel 10, his client is innocent.
"We just met last night. We came in this morning I got to talk to him. I asked him he said I'm not guilty and beyond that I haven't had any discussions with him," Coffey told the television station. "I haven't talked to the Attorney General. I haven't really talked to Brian but that's where we are. There are serious allegations but we're defending them."
Gross pleaded not guilty in Troy City Court in front of Judge Chris Maier Wednesday morning. he was accompanied by Coffey and Police Benevolent Association President Bob Fitzgerald as well as a contingent of police officers. Protocol calls for him to be suspended without pay for no more than 30 days, at that point the department will determine what direction it takes regarding his future employment.
Gross was a member of the Emergency Response Team, an elite squad similar to a SWAT team, and spent time at the now defunct Special Operations Section, a squad that focused on long term drug investigations.
Police Chief John Tedesco said it was a "frustrating" situation and that he was aware of the State Police investigation since it began in February.
"He was a very competent and popular officer," Tedesco said. "There was a lot of work here and the career of a very good officer has been lost."

How long before Troy starts being patrolled by the Rainbow Division troops like they wanted to do in Schenectady when police corruption was exposed?
ReplyDeleteThat's not a fair assumption asshole
ReplyDeleteYes it is, the guy is as guilty as guilty can be, the AG wouldn't get involved if he wasn't. Good job NYS
Deleteto 7:12 your vulgarity is your strong point. Troy is Schenectady
DeleteWe are insulted by this comparison signed Schenectady
DeleteThe chief himself said it was frustrating to him because he knew what was going on since February and that an officers career is lost. Now I don't agree with many things the chief says or does but that's in regards to our current crime situation and that's a whole different story. But I do believe the chief knows this officer has done wrong and will pay the ultimate price for this bad decision he made.End of story. PLEASE REREAD WHAT THE CHIEF HIMSELF SAID.If there really was a change as others have indicated on the subject, the chief would have publicly stated as such.
DeleteThis really has to make all the good cops in Troy sick. Drugs bring money and corruption. Good work by the State Police.
ReplyDeleteWish the good officers would realize that the City has a Whistleblower policy that protects them. PBA doesn't cover that. But EVERYDAY there are officers over at City Hall doing God knows what so it makes it hard for the ones who want to say something do it anonymously.SMH.
DeleteDidn't they fire Johnson last week for the hero in robberies in Hudson?
ReplyDeleteWhatever happened with the Johnson Heroin case?
DeleteI Watch these officers bust there asses and run there asses off going to call to call all night and day
ReplyDeleteI have seen that at the end of there shifts with there duff ell bags of all the shit they have to carry around with them all night too and they look beat too
Don't try and cast any doubt on them there doing a great job
Love their mother
DeleteI feel bad for the good cops in Troy, sickening.
ReplyDeleteIs this the same cop that leake evidence last week to try to tarnish others?
ReplyDeleteKarma is a bitch thank god no officers were actually hurt. But something tells me he wasn't working alone
ReplyDeleteThis is not the first time this has happened in this department. Can we not forget Liam Robbins he got out with his City paid pension. Now the big question is will Gross get out with a lil something as well. Worst cas senerio he can always retire from Casle construction co.
ReplyDeleteLiam Robbins? Are you serious? Under Kaiser there was a concerted group of dirty cops that retired quickly when the FBI was called in. The best news of the day is Fitzy is gone, just like rev. Willie, Troy will be a better place. AMEN
DeleteIf other companies will do business with them now, I know quite a few that wont
Delete29 days and counting. Tick Tock tick tock. Lmao. Can I have his badge for my scrap metal collection.
ReplyDeleteProbably not he'll come after you for that scrap metal.LOL.
DeleteI love the picture in the TU of father in law JR little tony Casale. Isn't he under investigation of the AG also? And who put this guy in the position to sit a wire with the State PoPo it wouldn't be the x commis would it??
ReplyDeleteCan't blame anyone but the person(s) the AG office states are involved. The rest are innocent until caught, whoops,I mean found guilty.
DeleteIf the previous commish set the stage for a wire and they got a bad guy, hooray for him, he did good and right!
DeleteHmmmm...there was less crime when there was a commish and the officers actually were happy and felt proud again, now you got a handful of creeps running the show again...first bad choice was IA..bad bad choice
DeleteTroy PD what a sewer we can all thank the PBA who got their man Magnetto in after Mayor Lou took office. Tedesco shuts down a corrupt unit and Magnetto re-opens it.
ReplyDeleteKudos to all !!!
P.S. it's all the State Police's fault they should have expected Troy PD to rat them out to the drug dealers. Hell one of their councilmen was a drug dealer.
Typical, blame others for someone else's actions.
DeleteTwo of there Councilman were dealers asshole
Delete756,if that is true, it will come out as well until then your placing false allegations against council members. That cop is crooked. And the City better remove casale construction and finelli from their paid vendors and from the king fuel site job as the cop works for both of them too.that is a conflict of interest and that's being nice
DeleteFunny another dirty Troy cop. Read in the TU where Troy cops were upset because the didn't get a heads up, isn't that exactly what Gross was arrested for giving a "heads up."
ReplyDeleteTalk about cops with a history, how about Millington leading Gross out of court. Remember when Millington's kid beat the snot out of another guy, what happened............nothing.
Yo...
DeleteWhen did an officers kid beat someone?
DeleteHe was probability on overtime when he dropped a dime (texted) to warn the dealers.
ReplyDeleteNow that's something the Human Resource person on the City Council needs to look into, you have a legitimate point there 2:18,search his payroll records
DeleteAnd his wife's company needs to be removed from working with the City of troy
DeleteInteresting coincidence that this happened on Fitzgerald's last day.
ReplyDeleteWonder how he's going to be able to afford his wife now!
ReplyDeleteFunny how when anyone else gets arrested everyone is screaming innocent until proven guilty. When a cop gets arrested you people give out a verdict before you finish reading the article. Sorry that you got a speeding ticket 7 years ago. Grow up people.
ReplyDeleteThis shows just how much a idiot you are. Read it back to yourself and if you don't get how stupid you sound then do us a favor kill yourself
DeleteHaven't ever been arrested and got a clean record-but I'm sure he got you out of parking on the crosswalk at City Hall didn't he
Delete@3:25 Maybe we're pissed that a yearlong investigation funded by our tax dollars was flushed down the toilet along with the drugs this "officer" told his buddies to get rid of. Tell us, are you one of Brian's neighbors in ritzy North Greenbush? I hear it's nice out there. Those of us who actually LIVE in Troy are sick of the drug dealers and the violence, and we find it disgusting that this "too good for Troy" jerkoff who's supposed to be protecting us is taking our tax money and God knows what else, putting us (and his fellow cops) in danger and laughing all the way to his big house in the suburbs.
DeleteSo spare us the outrage. We're not interested in your bullshit.
The black honda coupe Oh yeah he did
DeleteYou're all a bunch of idiots. Wait for the facts, that's all I have to say. Innocent until proven guilty. It's people like you that ruin this country.
DeleteGuilty.and he is only popular with his coworkers which of course are cousins or related through marriage.anyone can figure that out if there are from troy. Gross, reo, casale, anslow to name a few are all related and how they got their jobs in Troy.do us all a favor and stop reproducing your own
DeleteYou forgot Millington and Peter Ryan.
DeleteA cop tips off a drug dealer and torpedos a yearlong narcotics investigation... and people like US are ruining the country? Time to put down the crack pipe.
Delete@345am please do us a favor and take an English 101 class at HVCC. He's not related to the gross' in north greenbush you moron.
Delete734 it's a red one with too dark of a tint on the windows.if you or I had Windows that dark we'd be pulled over and ticketed but since that person is a relative of the gross family and hired by the deputy mayor even though they live outside of Troy,oh and that position was "created" but yet no one else on the Civil Service exam list was canvassed...state needs to audit personnel...
DeleteKristina is a Casale she is not related to the anslows nor are any of her relatives. Shows how much you people know. Lets talk about the drug dealer who is actually committing a crime. Running a drug business out of the same house his mother operates a daycare. The same house that his sister, who is a CpS case worker, leaves her child. ... Hmmmm and the plot thickens
DeleteI thought the red honda belonged to snookie?
DeleteAt 834, your so pathetic, grabbing at the little things to find fault with just to try and make yourself feel better about your loser friends and relatives.I wonder if your next? Your the texting queen, hope the State confiscate your phone next, your multiple emails to the officer in question...tick tock tick tock
Delete@510 again... Please learn the English language. It is you are or you're not your. HVCC offers English for dummies, sign up at the registrars office by sept. 1.
Delete607-again the little things..I will type this slow so I will not make any errors and you can understand it...GO FUCK YOURSELF....and as for college...I have two associate degrees...how are things at Maria College going for you? I heard your mother bitching that you flunked out because you were always a no show...lol
DeleteReal proffessional from a employee at the spoiler station
DeleteLol....wrong..I'm in another area baby!! Lol...we are all onto you, if you haven't felt it already.
DeleteSnooks? Ur on to snooks? How bout Lorenzo. So cute.
DeleteWhats the spoiler station? Where deams don't become reality. Where 50 year olds still make minimum wage.
DeleteI don't know anyone on the City of Troy payroll that doesn't earn a good salary. So get your facts straight.
DeleteSnooks keep doing what your doing your doing a great job and your a hardworker! Let them hate it means your doing something right.. These cowards don't mean anything ! Yours truley jwow <3
DeleteWhose playing the roll of
DeleteLorenzo ?
Jwow is deputy mayors assistant. Like I said, we are onto you and so is the AG office, I've told them about your harassment snookie
DeleteGreed, Greed and more Greed We now have drug dealers on the streets because of this officers actions. He did not do this for free, this is an act of a desperate man.... Stay tuned more to come I am sure.
ReplyDeleteI hope so, this week was pretty boring until today,I am loving this shit!
DeleteI wanna know how a troy police officer affords a 7000 sq foot home (not in troy) brunswick
ReplyDeleteYet another reason they should reinstate the residency requirement for police! Maybe if this d-bag "lowered himself" enough to live in Troy he wouldn't be tipping off the criminals that are systematically ruining it.
DeleteALL OFFICERS SHOULD LIVE IN THE COMMUNITIES THEY POLICE. Troy deserves cops who are invested in the community.
He's a PBA member you dumbass that's how.
DeleteDon't know but it isinteresting how do you know that?
DeleteHis wife had to get spray tanned before court...lol
DeleteYes absolutely there are over a hundred employees in Troy making hundred a year. Most being cops and firemen, that money would do the tax coffers a ton of good. Why the political hacks in this town let this go on is BS. And don't blame the present administration, old Harry did this and buried it for the boys. Its wrong and someone should legally pursue it.
Delete@ 5:09 Whats wrong with living in Troy?
DeleteThat's the question you should be asking Gross. He's the one who lives in North Greenbush!
DeletePlease don't paint all the men and women of the TPD with the same brush. The guy was a good officer that made a MONUMENTAL mistake. If found guilty he will pay the consequences. Unfortunately like most all professions there's a vast majority of good and some bad. Fitzgerald, Millington, Spraugue have perpetrated a cover for the few bad cops for years. Look no further than who was closest to Rosney.
ReplyDeleteDon't paint them all with the same brush? Will you continue to say that for each and every felony action that comes up with the TPD? You sound like a broken record. Maybe, just maybe there is a culture brewing that YOU are doing nothing about.
DeleteYa think? Lol...oh this is rich!
DeleteI bet the IRS does, too.
ReplyDeleteThese are very consistent actions for him and his family he married into
ReplyDeleteCertainly is!
DeleteOne casale relitive from brunswick down. One to go
ReplyDeleteLol, make it three, a husband and wife team, she was an anslow, anslow are related to Reos, reos related to casales,it's gravy,so thick and rich, you'd think it's homemade
DeleteShe ain't an Anslow fatty! You sweat gravy.
DeleteHey I build nice homes in burgh. Don't make fun
DeleteWrong fatty, fatty.
DeleteOk a little family history...anslow married a tedesco and a skiba...they all relatives last names gross, reo,shaughnessey,casale,Davis,Hart,Ryan....there's more but it's early in the morning...
Delete444 if you lived in Troy you would know they are all related and they are
DeleteHe did it for the kids!
ReplyDeleteReading the TU this morning I almost choked on a cheerio, "Troy cops were upset because they were not given a heads up". Duhhhhh
ReplyDeleteGeorge Rodgers is getting a little scared over all this. Gross will now have the qualification to be the head of parks and recreation.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't Brian Gross lease land from the Troy IDA where he runs his roll off dumpster business? Who negotiated that lease? BILL DUNNE THATS WHO. He's also looking to get permission from the city of Troy to turn that property into a transfer station for trash or did that die with the death of the Scolite cluster hump? If found guilty he should lose his lease with Bill Dunne for what he did to Troy tax payers.
ReplyDeleteYes he does and also works for casale. Recuse them all from any city jobs.they aren't the mob, don't be afraid....as per a friend of waste management that is the mob
DeleteAnd the City Council approved this? Why is the City giving so much to people who do NOT live in the City and then shit on the ones who do?
DeleteEASY.....KICK BACKS!!!

Thanks Gonna, we complained about the lack of painted crossings and other common safety markings at the time of that tragedy, especially near the pool, no marked crossings? Almost immediately they painted up the streets. Now they are putting up license plate cameras and cell phone data grabbers on the street poles nearby.

Innocent until proven guilty as everyone should be, but if he is guilty he should go to prison. If you did this Officer Gross shame on you for what you have done. You have ruined a lot of names in the publics eye and every police officer has to pay for this.

I have several comments. Is anyone really surprised? Hahahah
1) IF Rensselaer County still had the same dirty DA, you can all rest assured he would have helped this Dirty Cop come up with some lame excuse as to why he didn't do it.
2) Hahaha The TROY PD are hurt because the AG's office and the State Police didn't let them in on Gross's Arrest? Hahahaha Think about it. They want the AG's office and the state police to do the same thing which Gross is accused of doing! Hahahaha That is priceless
3) Let's see, we have one Troy cop who was arrested for attempting to hook up with a 14 year old girl from NYC (turned out to be a sting), Another Troy Cop as accused of sexual battery, but the case was dropped and now this guy, Gross, for several Misdemeanors and a Felony. What does that tell you about the Troy PD? Last week , Chief Tedesco said he was surprised to hear that police officers are responding to calls and telling people "There is nothing we can do". My guess is, it's about time for not only the State SG's office to step in, but the FBI as well. Heck, The FBI is already investigating the King Street Demolition and the South Troy redevelopment Project. Why not give them a little something else to investigate while they are in town. If you really want a "Cleaner Safer Troy" then clean up the Police Department, Fire Department and the crooked politicians currently in office. It's time to "Clean House" in Troy!« less

He texted the perp! The police are all to commonly using their own or spouses cell phones to circumvent the recorded radio system. This happened in Bethlehem a few years ago when a DWI hit and run suspect escaped from an empty Hannaford parking night on a snowy winter night. Chuckie needs to ban the police use of private phones during work, period.

@GotJunk Unfortunately, The Troy PBA had it written into the Officers contracts allowing them to use cell phones while on duty, for work use. So, when you see a TPO using his cell phone he/she can always claim it's work related. It would take a court order to have the cell record produced. Such was the case (several years ago) of the TPO returning to the station, after a long day at work. HE was on Lower 4th Street, near the Public Pool. A little boy was running after his sister because he wanted to go to with her to the pool. The officer was on his cell phone, Claimed it was official business. To prove the call wasn't "official business" a court order was required to obtain the cell phone records. The PBA and City Attorneys vigorously objected. They lost. The cell records indicated the officer was making a "PERSONAL" call at the time o the accident which caused the child's death. The City Settled the case out of court.« less

Yeah, brother, you screwed up. Now all kinds of questions need to be answered, not just the one of interference. Now you simply have no credibility in the cop industry. No one will want you in law enforcement. Or in any job of trust. Nice going.

There are a couple rumors. Either he is addicted somehow (cops aren't drug tested so) and then the other US he US friends with the one he tipped off
DeleteFYI snookie...your phone and alternate emails you used ...all evidence...lol....bahaha
DeleteIn a show of support a radio station was reporting officers lined the hallway where the officer was escorted. Patting his back showing support? Really, I know he isn't guilty until proven so, but the NYS Police are a pretty good operation that looked at this for some 6 months. I bet he is and only an inexperienced deputy district attorney can get him off, which most likely will happen when Steve Coffee comes to town. He is the guy that gets all the bad guys off and back on our streets. As a side note, that's a pretty crappy way to practice law.
ReplyDelete" .... A pretty good operation.."
DeleteYOU KNOW DICK!
I'm going to get Coffey to recuse himself
DeleteHe might as well dispose of himself in his own dumpster.dirty cop.
DeleteA great operation, professional operation without corruption! They have something or wouldn't risk looking like fools!
DeleteSomeone thought I would get great entertainment with my morning coffee reading this. They were right. I know nothing about this family. I am getting all my facts from what is posted. If you want to stick to the facts of the crime that is fine. But many of you are contradicting yourselves. Lets see how does he afford a beautiful house someone said….then several paragraphs later lets see, I find out his wife works full time, he works a SECOND job for another company and has a dumpster business. What are all of you doing? Must not be anything because you have the time to sit here and BLOG! This is Too funny. Please just talk about the crime itself. But then again, we would miss out on a lot of good entertainment.
ReplyDeleteThanks, but we'll talk about whatever we want as it affects the Troy Police. They work for us.
DeleteDon't forget what the drug dealers are paying him.
DeleteKristina is that you?
DeleteI love how not one person had the balls to link their name to the rude comments/slander/accusations they all posted. Everyone is a bully behind a computer screen but no one can stand behind what they say or claim as fact.
ReplyDeleteI have the balls! I don't think Brian Gross is guilty!

Um. I guess the same can be said about you, Mr. Anonymous!

Delete901...post your name and I'll post mine..
DeleteMost likely afraid of retribution from tpd.
Delete1251, you hit it right on the nose
DeleteTroy is done! Put a fork in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteTo all you troy residents, get your facts straight before you go running your mouths about something that you have no idea about. I've known Brian for 20 years now and he is one of the most upstanding people and cop I know . He can live in a beautiful home
ReplyDeleteBecause he works 18 hour days 7 days a week to provide for his family . To bring his wife in this too, really get a life she works just as hard as he does. And the idiot who sai he is related to the gross's of north green bush get your facts straight , he isn't . Brian doesn't make Troy look bad all you idiots do with all our comments about him . Seriously re evaluate your life before you go blaming all troys problems on a guy who is a great guy, family man, an protected the city for many years
Yes Justin! Don't worry about these scumbags here on this blog.
DeleteYou tell Brian people who know him believe in him and KNOW he will be vindicated.
Don't waste your energy here, this is meaningless.
Spend your energy supporting him and keeping his head clear and straight. Tell him to keep his boots shined because he will be back to the PD.
GROSS NOT GUILTY - YOU HATERS CAN KISS MY ASS!
years of service are a good thing...but the man has stopped serving the people and started serving the drug lords. Get over it.
DeleteJustin tell him he's going to be someone's bitch soon to say the very least..No matter what no one is going to trust him
DeleteHey Justin and the other anonymous idiot. Are you forgetting that we refreshments and pay your salaries? Now put a cork in , you have no say.
DeleteResidents not refreshments...Residents have precedent over you any day of the week.we can fire you.
DeleteYou don't pay my salary pal . I m not a cop and I don't even live in Troy anymore but I own property in Troy so I pay taxes . So I guess I can say whatever I want right?
DeleteNot really Justin. You need to live here in order to have any say in the matter, that's just a given. How often have the police responded to your location? What issues are going on in the neighborhood where you own property? What are the neighbors like on each side of the residence you own? What day of the week is garbage pick up at that residence? Are the garbage cans in acceptable shape? Has code ever responded to any of the residences near your property? How is your property after the most recent heavy rainfall? Just curious Justin since you seem to KNOW so much, which councilman is in your district, how do you feel about the major increase in crime this year? What are YOU doing to ensure your property is safe? If you can answer all those questions under 3minutes then yes, you can say whatever you want on the issue,if not, put a cork in it
DeleteBrian and Kristina Gross live in North Greenbush, jackass. Look up the property records if it makes you feel better. Do you need the address?
ReplyDeleteI work for a collections agency part time ...already got it thanks
DeleteAnd we are a local agency located in the first floor of the Riverview Center...
DeleteWay to go Justin, Brian Gross is a super hero. Not only was he a friend of a known drug dealer he also tipped them off. I'm sure those State Troppers appreciated the heads-up Brian gave them. Brian is a great guy, family man an protected the city for many years.
ReplyDeleteAnd Justin? Who are you?
DeleteI'm not a cop, I'm far from it . I'm just a guy who knows Brian for many years .
DeleteHe is a police officer who is suppose to help change troy to be a better place if he can't do his job the same idiots he tipped off Will continue to make troy look bad. You need to re evaluate yourself.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't matter how nice of a guy officer gross is, wrong is wrong! He wasn't protecting our city by keeping drugs on the streets. People are dying everyday from these drugs and he wasn't helping the problem by warning these scumbags that they were under investigation!!! And him as a police officer should know all to well going on call after call to overdoses! So regardless of what his wife does, what kind of house he lives in and who he's related to, he did something wrong got caught and now will pay for it for the rest of his life!
ReplyDeleteI read the felony complaint. Hope they got more than that!
ReplyDeleteThey do
DeleteThey got nuttin
DeleteCall the AG office, it's still open and still accepting more complaints!!! Lol...brother you are screwed!
DeleteWell put Justin I guess we will have to wait and see what tune the Whittle birdie starts to sing. Or what plea bargain he accepts. In 20 years you must not have known him as well as you say you do. Just Sayin.
ReplyDeleteI know him very well and we will see at the end . If that's all the AG has on him , he will be at work in no time. They have nothing except a few text messages and a sworn document from a supposed "drug dealer" . He will be on the street again doing what he has always done "serve the city of Troy"
DeleteSounds like Justin graduated from the Kevin McGrath School of Bullshit Management
DeleteJustin get off these blogs. Anyone with any sense knows he's going to be fine.
DeleteTell Brian to stay positive and focused on his family until this case collapses.
537, he will be fine, sure,we all get through these bad times, he just won't own a badge that's all
Delete100% karma! The state police and AG office don't go after people just cuz they "think" someone did something, are you that dense? As a tax paying resident of the City of Troy, I do NOT support that officer and do NOT believe City residents should pay his salary. They say he only has 30-days on leave without pay then they put him back on the payroll even though he is NOT working. This, wouldn't happen in the private sector. WHY is he going to be back on the payroll?
ReplyDeleteAlbany had a huge success in getting a large amount of heroine, supplies, money. How did they do it? Gross wasn't around to tip off the dealers..Lol...
ReplyDeleteREAD THE FELONY COMPLAINT! GROSS FULLY AQUITTED AND REINSTATED!!! THE CASE IS WEAKER THAN ED MANNY'S BLOOD OXYGEN LEVELS!
ReplyDeleteWow, pure class. You must be a Troy cop.
DeletePlease state your name officer
DeleteRemember when the same thing happened a few years ago? The DA dragged there feet and wouldn't prosecute. That "Nutty" officer involved retired real quick. Once a NUT-ALLways a nut, Wright?
ReplyDeleteGross is one of the cops who instigated the kokopellis riot.
ReplyDeleteKarma truly is a bitch!
You must be a special kind of stupid if you think that's true. Go do some actual investigating before assuming you know the facts. You can foil the info from kokopellis and officer gross was not working that night. Glick, get a life and a new wardrobe. The don Johnson all white look went out when Miami vice was cancelled. Haha loser.
DeleteYes he is...lol
DeleteWhat about the drug dealer?
ReplyDeleteWhat about the drug dealer ?
ReplyDeleteI see nobody here knows any of the facts. The AG has nothing against Gross and are just looking for a scape goat on a failed investigation. They just need somebody to blame for wasting tax payers money
ReplyDeleteRiiiiiiiight the Attorney General of the State of New York is going to make a huge announcement about a local cop's felony arrest without enough evidence to take it to trial. Because he's not an elected official or anything, so who cares if he gets egg on his face, right? *eyeroll*
DeleteHappens all the time DBAG!
DeleteGross AQUITTED spring 2015.

Delete944, haven't you ever watched friggin cop shows at all...the used this person as a pawn for a reduced sentence or charge
DeleteIt was nice to see Bobby Fitzgerald smiling ear to ear as Gross walked into court. Class Act that Fitzy. Honor and Integrity, just like the mayor said. Especially when he was shaking down the elderly for PBA donations so he could sue the city. Nice guy Bobby. See ya later blowhard.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if he'll have to sell that big underassessed house to pay for his legal bills
ReplyDeleteWho cares, you do the crime, you do the time and pay the fines.
DeleteWhere did the PBA posts go? Were they deleted? Hmmmm...somethings fishy
ReplyDeleteWhat's going on with this? Any updates from the State Police or from Chief Tedesco on what's going on? Is this City employee still getting paid? Taxpayers have the right to know
