GERMANO |
According to records from the Indian
River County Court, F. James Germano’s trial was postponed yet again from June
2 until July 28.
Germano - who stands accused of solicitation
of a prostitute, a misdemeanor, and a felony of committing a lewd, lascivious or
indecent act - was in court on June 2 but Judge Robert L. Pegg agreed to
postpone it more than a month because Germano and his attorney were not ready
for trial.
The now 85-year-old Germano was
initially charged with soliciting a 12-yr-old boy for sex while the youngster
was waiting at a bus stop near his Vero Beach home. The boy called his mother,
and she came to the bus stop before Germano had left so he allegedly
propositioned her too.
The charges of procuring a person
under the age of 18 years old, a felony, and two counts of misdemeanor stalking
were dropped by the prosecutor. Germano was later re-arrested on the lewd and
lascivious behavior charge. The former North Greenbush political boss remains
free on $65,000 bail.
This is third time his trial was
postponed - once from April to May and then again from May to this month.

on Germano and his bizarre arrest.
I heard Flash Gordon stood in front of City Hall, called the press, and demanded Germano's immediate resignation. Rich Crist swooped in and helped Flash board the short bus back to Lansingburgh.
ReplyDeleteWho cares? Another murderer just got let go in Troy.
ReplyDeleteYou suck Franco!
The judicial system sucks not Franco. FRANCO is not the law, Franco was not the jury. Franco flick the above comment off your shoulder, they are pond scum for saying that.
DeleteTo bad Germano didn't commit this crime in Rennselear County, guaranteed acquittal.
ReplyDeleteThis will be an expensive experience for the thug. The big question is: who is going to pay Germano's lawyer ? We know he never reaches in his pockets to pay for anything.
ReplyDeleteWade is now going to remove him from the Rensselaer County Democrat Party!
ReplyDeleteNice Picture, now there is one of Wadey's guys!
ReplyDeleteWithin 6 months he'll be working in Troy City Hall as an assistant engineer with the rest of the North Greenbush mopes.
ReplyDeleteWell at least the second portion of the above sentence in 100 percent true
DeleteWishing my two favorite guys Chuck and Rabbit happy fathers day.
ReplyDeleteWhy when I rode by the wiltshire residence today does he feel he has the right to pick weeds and toss them in the street? First snow now weeds?
ReplyDeleteThat must have been the gardener for Rodneys still on crutches after surgery 3 months ago.
DeleteStalker
DeleteRodney only used crutches as a "crutch" to ride in an open convertible in the Flag Day parade. Phoney is as phoney does.
DeleteDunne working in the office all morning Sunday. What a dedicated employee. Nothing to do with cameras in park wired to his computer.
ReplyDeleteI can't get enough of this Germano string! I was in line at Stewarts with Adrian Thomas and even he sez YOU SUCK FRANCO!
ReplyDeleteNice to see that Lou Albano's corpse is getting good work.
ReplyDeleteNice to see Jim Gordon representing the ciizens of District 1 by blowing off council meetings.

ReplyDeleteSo Dunne thinks it okay to shut down a building because he read something on this blog and saw something on Facebook. No investigation, no verification.
ReplyDeleteThe Media Sanctuary had a documented string of code violations going back for months. It was investigated in person and the conditions were verified. The city took the same, appropriate action. But Dunne, Zalewski, and the kooky commie bunch got their undies in bunches back then. Now Dunne supports targeted and selective code enforcement because he is the boss.
The perverse subject of this blog keeps getting his case postponed which is the stall tactic used by lawyers to get their client to plea to a lesser charge and get away with the crime by paying a fine.
ReplyDeleteGertmano will go to jail for non-payment of the fine. Parting with his money (stolen or otherwise) is the biggest crime in his playbook.
